All classes are aimed at building on the foundational postures of yoga. In each class you will work within your own limits and will never be pushed to enter a pose that is not suitable - options are always given.
We begin each class with breath awareness and a simple warmup, then move into a sequence of poses that support the natural function of the spine and stability of the pelvis. Each class ends with a guided relaxation before completion.
No matter whether you're just starting out or a seasoned yogi, these classes will always have something to offer you. Beginners are welcome! Mats and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
Please let me know prior to the class if you have any injuries or specific requirements.
We work on an individual basis, at your home or a Yoga Studio. The sessions consist of yoga postures, somatic exercises, breath awareness and education, informed by the principles of Somatics, Yoga and mindfulness.
I can help you rehabilitate, old or new injuries, trauma, posture, movement and increase general wellbeing and health and give you the skills and tools to maintain what you feel and how you move. Many people find old aches and pains resolved after a their first session.
You will learn to move and breathe with ease and gain a new perspective of yourself and life!
